This method of registration is via twilio integration.  The preferred method is via campaign registry. (Knowledge Base article coming soon)

Create New Entry

1. Click "Management" and select "Phone Verification"
2. Click "New"
3. Complete the form application
4. Click "New"
5. Double check all entries to ensure accuracy. (Note: Phone Number must include a "+1" prefix)
6. On the Phone Verification screen press Control on you keyboard. Click to select the entry then click Request Review to send the information to the carrier for review.
7. Once completed, email us at team@callserver.us so that we can make sure it gets submitted to the carrier.

Enable 10DLC

1. Click on the entry that is to be enabled so that it is highlighted
2. Click "Enable 10DLC"
3. Click "Save
4. Click "Management" and select "Phone Setup"
5. Select the phone group
6. Click "Setup 10DLC"
7. Fill out this form
8. Click "Save"

• For Vetting Type we highly recommend choosing Secondary. This will give a higher trust score.  The fee for this is $40.  Basic is $4.
• If you choose public you must fill out the Stock Exchange and Ticket fields. With the other options the fields will not show because they won’t be needed.
