COS utilizes two types of dialers to make phone calls, the predictive dialer and the human dialer.
The predictive dialer will dial through all the numbers in a list automatically. Live answer calls will be automatically filtered to a live call agent. Only landlines may be assigned to the predictive dialer.
The human dialer dials phone numbers manually. This dialer is run by a manager user who manually dials each number. These phone calls will then filter to the agent users.
