Gather All Materials

1. Gather all necessary materials such as data, script, goals, start date/end date, and caller ID's

Create A New PO (Project Order)

1. Login to COS
2. Select "Project"
3. Click "New Project"
4. Choose "Client"
5. Enter "Project Name"
6. From the Drop Down select the Project Template you desire
7. Click "Create New PO"

Enter PO General Info

1. Select the "Start Date"
2. Select the "Start Time"
3. Select the "Stop Date"
4. Select the "Stop Time"
5. Select the "State"
   • (The time zone will automatically update based on which state is chosen)
6. Enter the "Caller ID"
7. Enter the "Number of Questions"
8. Determine if the script will contain "Freeform Responses"
9. Assign a "SubClient" (If Applicable)
10. Enter any "Campaign Notes"
11. Click "Save"

Upload The Campaign Data

1. Click "Campaign Data"
2. Choose "Upload Campaign Data"
3. Drag/drop or select the data file that will be uploaded
4. Click "Upload"
5. Choose "List Processing" type 
6. Make sure that the Phone, Name and ID fields have the correct column selected
7. Click "Save and Next"

Scrub The Data For Wireless Phones

1. Select "Campaign Database"
2. Click "List Scrub"
3. Choose "Mark Cells as Wireless" (default setting)
4. Click "Run Action"

Determine The Goal

1. Click "Edit PO"
2. Select "Goal Info"
3. Select the "Goal Type"
4. Enter the goal metric (Saturation %, Stop Number Count)
5. Enter any "Goal Notes"
6. Click "Save"

Enter The Script

1. Click "Script"
2. Copy/Paste or type the script into the opening
3. Click "Save and Next"
4. Copy/Paste or type the script into Question 1
5. Click "Add Response"
6. Enter the "Response"
7. Set the appropriate "Skip Logic"
8. Click "Save and Next"
   • Repeat steps 4-7 for any additional questions
9. Copy/Paste or type the script into the closing
10. Click "Save and Review"
11. Click "Save Dialer"

Test The Script

1. Go to “Script”
2. Click “Test Script”
3. Review the script context and disposition buttons for accuracy
4. Click the browser back button when done

Create a Calling Queue To Dial From

1. Click “Centers”
2. Select “Assign Centers”
3. Click either “Add COS Queue Predictive” and/or “Add COS Queue Human”
4. Enter the number of Land Lines and/or Cell Phones to be assigned
5. Click “Save”

Create New Agent Account - Manual

1. Click "Management"
2. Choose "Agent Users"
3. Click "New"
4. Enter "UserName"
5. Enter "First Name"
6. Enter "Last Name"
7. Enter "Email"
8. Enter "Password"
9. Determine if the account will receive the following permissions:
   • Show All Projects Status
   • Lock
   • Enable SMS
   • Send SMS
   • Enable Dialer
10. Click "Create"

Agent Assignment/Create New Agent Account - Login Link

1. Click “Dashboard”
2. Select "Dialer"
3. Highlight the queue
4. Click "Login Link"
5. Highlight and copy newly generated "Login Link"
   • It is recommended that the link is shortened using a third party service such as bit.ly or ow.ly.
6. Send login link to volunteers/agents

Agent Assignment - Manual

1. Click “Management”
2. Select “Agent Users”
3. Select agents to be assigned to the queue
4. Click “Edit”
5. Select the “Dialer Queue” drop down
6. Determine which project queue the agents will be assigned to

Dial Master

1. Select “Dashboards”
2. Click “Dialer”
3. Highlight the queue to be dialed
4. Click “Toggle Enable” to turn the “Enable”
5. Click the Edit button to change any parameters such as Redial Delay, Max Attempts, Line To Agent Ratio, Answer Machine Detect, Record Calls, Change Date, Time and Caller ID.
6. For “Human Dialer” click “Human” to begin dialing the number to be sent out to the agents.
7. For the Login Link, highlight the queue to be called and click Login Link.  This copies a link to your clipboard.  Share this link with volunteer/agents for them to log in with their email and the master password.
