Longer than normal wait times between calls may be caused by a number factors. Please try the following:
- Check to make sure your organization is running a shift today
- Check your internet connection and signal strength
- Check to make sure your microphone has been given permission to be used in your browser
- Check to make sure that you are in "Available" status. Once in "Available" make sure to stay in that status and not click back and forth between the other statuses.
