Filters are a specific set of parameters that COS will follow when running to a project. Filters are used to restrict data based on predefined rules. Creating a filter will add an option to a master list that can be selected when creating a new project. A created filter is only available to the master list in which it was created and there is no limit to the number filters that can be created for a master list.
- Filter Name - the name or description of the filter
- Filters - the conditions of the filter
- Add Field - adds a new condition
- Login to COS
- Click "Project"
- Select "List Master"
- Click "Filters" in the project that the new filter is being created
- Click "New Filters"
- Enter "Filter Name"
- Click "Add Field"
- Select "Column Field"
- Select "Equation"
