What does a live operator do?
A live operator engages in peer to peer texting. COS supports live operators that communicate one on one with each contact.
What is the benefit of using a live operator?
The advantage of using a live operator is that each response is analyzed by an actual person instead of a computer. Automated messages only reply if a recipient responds with a precise reply to trigger the automated response.
An additional benefit to using a live operator is making sure that Do Not Call requests are not missed. Computers can certainly filter DNC requests based on pre-populated filters however many times this will not account for misspellings or longer responses. Since a live operator reads each response they can determine any out of the ordinary DNC requests thus making sure the project remains completely compliant with FCC regulations.
