Goals will vary from campaign to campaign based on need and project type. Below is a list of the types of goals.
Saturation - this is the most common type of goal. This goal is met by dialing thru a predetermined percentage of the call list. Typically this goal is set at 70% saturation of landlines and one full pass on cell records. Anything over this metric is unlikely to yield anymore results.
Stop Number - this goal is met when a specific number of completes have been dialed. This type of goal is especially common when a project has a budget cap.
Targets - this type of goal is specific to patch thru projects. This type of goal represents the number of calls successfully patched thru to a representative's office.
Hourly - these are time based goals. The project will stop dialing once it has dialed the predetermined number of hours.
